Concentrated white dashi
Classic Japanese stock infused with rich, smokey fish flavours. Add to water as the starting point for miso soup or noodle dishes, season dressings, sauces & marinades.
Ingredients: Soy sauce (soy beans, wheat, salt), salt, sugar, hydrolyzed soya proteins, dried bonito (fish), saké rice wine, dried mackerel, kombu seaweed natural extract, yeast extract, flavour enhancer E621, sugar cane alcohol
Store in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate once open.
