Somen Noodles 250g
Handmade Japanese somen noodles made with very finely ground white wheat flour. Notoriously thin and quick to cook these noodles have been made in the city of Shimabara in Nagasaki since the 17th Century. Usually eaten as a cold soup in summer they can also be enjoyed in hot noodle dishes and soups.
Ingredients: Wheat flour
Allergens in bold.
Boil for just one and a half to two minutes, then rinse with cold water. Enjoy with our Tezukuri Tsuyu soy seasoning sauce with vegetables, chicken or pork. They can also be eaten hot and make an excellent addition to miso soup.
Storage: Store at room temperature.
