Furikake Umami with Yuzu 50g
Traditional Japanese seasoning "Furikake" with a very fresh and fruity taste of blended kombu and yuzu. Sprinkle into meat and fish dishes, flavour stock, soups and rice or try baked into bread for an original, rich flavour.
Ingredients: Kombu (34.32%), soy sauce (soy beans, wheat, rice, salt, fructose syrup, sugar cane alcohol), yuzu (12.33%), rice alcohol (rice, rice koji, sugar cane alcohol, sugar) hydrolyzed protein (wheat, potato, soy beans, yeast), bonito (fish), collagen (pork gelatin) maltose, yeast extract.
Store in a cool, dark place.
