Yuzu Soy: Soy sauce (water, soya beans, wheat, salt), yuzu juice (18%), mirin (rice, koji, alcohol - 2.3% total content), bonito (fish), dried mushroom, kelp, sugar, yuzu oil (cold pressed Citrus junos) (0.1%).
Free from artificial flavourings, colourings and preservatives.
Store in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate once open.
