The peel of the best Japanese yuzu fruits, marinated in granulated sugar and slow cooked at low temperature to seal in the powerful fragrance and flavour. Flash pasteurised and vacuum sealed to ensure optimum storage without oxidisation. Cover in chocolate for some very special twigs or “Sarments”. Use in pastry, mousses, bavarois and any other sweet or savoury dish to deliver the originally fragrant and tart zest of fresh yuzu.
Ingredients: yuzu peel, sugar, acidifier E330. No colouring or preservative additives.
