Yuzu Flavoured Soba Noodles
Wheat and buckwheat noodles have nut and butter flavours, these are wonderfully complemented by the addition of the aromatic and tangy flavour of yuzu zest.
Immerse noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes. Consume hot as soon as they are cooked or immerse in ice water for eating cold. Cold soba can be consume once cooled or kept overnight.
