Our yuzu jam is made with all natural ingredients and contains no artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings. This versatile jam can be spread on toast, croissants, pancakes or waffles, or mix it with yoghurt for a delicious breakfast option. It's refreshing and citrusy flavour is also a great addition to salad dressings, sauces or marinades.
Made from premium fresh yuzu fruit, our new Wasabi Label yuzu jam can add a balanced sweetness to your Japanese cooking. The citrus fruit lends itself to making a delicious hot yuzu drink or yuzu tea. Simply dilute the jam in boiling water for a warming drink, much easier than making boiled yuzu peel or yuzu skins yourself.
It has all the nutrients of yuzu juice but is even easier to use in or as a dressing for savoury dishes. You can make the yuzu marmalade or jam with yuzu skin, juice and granulated sugar, or substitute in mandarin orange for a similar flavour. But the best and simplest way to enjoy this Japanese cuisine staple is premade. Then, add as much or as little as desired for a very bitter taste or a more subtle flavouring.
Refrigerate once open.
