High quality vinegar fermented in Japanese cedar casks and seasoned with 100% natural kombu seaweed, bonito fish flakes, amazake and mirin. 700ml

Tosazu is high quality fermented vinegar seasoned with all natural foods: real bonito soup stock, kombu seaweed, honjozo shoyu (soy sauce) and hon mirin.

Ingredients: pure rice vinegar, honjozo shoyu (soy sauce, including soybean and wheat), amazake, dried bonito flakes, kombu seaweed, soft brown sugar, hon mirin

Storage: Once open consume within 3 months.
