Udon noodles with sesame
Traditionally thick noodles with roasted black sesame seeds for a rich flavour. Quick boil for two minutes, rinse in cold water, serve cold and "al dente" with dashi stock and top with your choice of ginger, spring onion, furikake or best of all fresh wasabi!
Ingredients: Wheat flour, salt, black roasted sesame (4%), black grilled sesame (2%), sesame oil (0.5%), cotton oil, corn starch, pepper
Store in a cool, dark place.
