Tuna with Sesame & Ginger Ponzu

How to prepare this super simple mouth-watering Tuna with Sesame & Ginger Ponzu:
200g Tuna, sashimi grade
1 Lime, zested
1 Avocado, thinly sliced
3 tbsp Ginger Ponzu
2 tsp Black Sesame seeds
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1. Wrap the tuna and pop into the freezer for 30 minutes to kill any parasites and make it easier to slice.
2. Cut into small cubes and add the lime zest, ginger, sesame oil and seeds.
3. Mix and serve on top of the sliced avocado.
