This concentrated white dashi is versatile and convenient. A small quantity goes a long way, infusing your dishes with an umami depth that would usually take a long time to achieve. From classic miso soup and delicate noodle broths, to marinating fish or enhancing stir fries, this dashi is your secret ingredient.

As this dashi is concentrated, you can easily adjust the intensity of the flavour by diluting it up to 4 times to give you a subtle hint of umami or a bold burst of savoury notes.
