Wasabi oil is another fantastic finishing oil we offer, consisting of a blend of wasabi and high-quality vegetable oil (rapeseed). Just a few drops are all you need to season carpaccios, tartares, sushi, salads, rare steaks or pizza. Beautiful with raw white fish or shellfish.
