As the first growers of fresh wasabi in the UK we have a wealth of knowledge and expertise to share about this fiery and delicious Japanese delicacy.  Whilst we began as growers, we have now branched out to specialise in all of the staples and finer ingredients of Japanese cuisine.

We have also taken this a step further by creating our own range of Wasabi Label products, many developed by us to offer a fusion of the very best Japanese ingredients with kitchen and drinks cupboard regulars.
