Hime Chuka Ramen Noodles 720g: Crafted from wheat flour, water, salt, and kansui – an alkaline mineral that's the secret behind the noodles' distinctive elasticity and chewiness. While the lovely golden colour of the noodles look as though they are egg, rest assured, these noodles are entirely egg-free, the rich, yellow colour is provided by the kansui.
