Spicy Ra-Yu Pepper Sauce - 200g

This is no ordinary chilli, a complex blend of soy, chilli pepper, sweet pepper, garlic, white sesame, cinnamon and shikwasa citrus zest make this a full body sauce with limitless versatility. Produced by Tsuji Seiyu, a company known for developing food products with a focus on clean, healthy, natural ingredients the flavours are genuine and wonderfully balanced.

You can use this Ra-yu oil to bring complex heat to any dish and is very much at home drizzled over freshly cooked Gyoza dumplings. Pour it over our somen noodles (link) for a quick delicious snack or as a dip for tempura vegetables or anywhere you want some rich, spicy, tangy flavour.
