One of our most popular aged Japanese soy sauces with ceramic soy pourer and two serving dishes. 2 year aged, this Kamebishi soy sauce is characterised by its perfect balance and deliciously complex umami.
Traditionally made using only four natural ingredients, and aged in cedar barrels to produce a robust umami depth, creating a rich, yet mellow flavour where the sharp saltiness has been rounded out.
Serve the soy sauce in style with our elegant black soy pourer and gorgeous akane grey serving dishes. Complete the experience by filling the extra dish with one of our ponzu sauces or freshly grated wasabi.
