Experience the tangy flavour of daikon ponzu sauce, a versatile Japanese condiment made with all natural ingredients, using traditional Japanese techniques.

This ponzu is created from finely grated gensuke daikon from Kaga which brings a subtle sweetness and a delicate crunch. The daikon is complemented by Naogen soy sauce, rice vinegar, kombu dashi and mirin. And to introduce a tangy and refreshing flavour, a vibrant blend of yuzu and sudachi juice is also added. These citrus notes cut through fattiness and add a burst of zingy citrus to grilled meats, fish and vegetables. Used in a marinade, this ponzu sauce will help to tenderise meat and bring an additional depth of flavour to any dish.

This ponzu sauce combines a sweet, fruity flavour with the savoury umami of soy sauce and kombu dashi stock, to create a delicious seasoning sauce
