The sauce contains kombu seaweed and shiitake mushrooms as well as high quality raw black garlic grown by the manufacturer. Black garlic is rich in nutrients and adds a delicious candied flavour to the sauce.
Flavour Profile
Full of umami and the rich flavour of candied black garlic, the sauce is further enhanced by vegetable dashi, mirin, brown sugar and tamari. The tamari soy sauce is wheat-free, making the sauce gluten-free.
