The oil is crafted through a precise, time-honoured process of seed selection, roasting, pressing, purifying and filtering. Production is entrusted to just 11 skilled artisans, trained by the third generation of the Yamada Seiyu family, who have been producing exceptional sesame oil in Japan for over 100 years.
