Hime Chuka Ramen Noodles 720g:
Crafted from wheat flour, water, salt, and kansui – an alkaline mineral that's the secret behind the noodles' distinctive elasticity and chewiness. While the lovely golden colour of the noodles look as though they are egg, rest assured, these noodles are entirely egg-free, the rich, yellow colour is provided by the kansui.
Barley Miso - 500g:
The secret behind a rich and flavourful ramen broth is our barley. Made with care and aged to perfection, it adds a deep umami flavour that will make your ramen truly special.
Wadaman Roasted White Sesame Seeds - 50g:
Top off your ramen with a generous sprinkle of our roasted white sesame seeds. These seeds provide a nutty and aromatic crunch that elevates the entire dish.
Heisei Shoyu Soy Sauce - 100ml
(Currently substituting the Crystal Clear Soy Sauce) The recipe for this sweet soy sauce is carefully crafted to celebrate the end of Japan's Heisei Era. Red sake and soybeans from Kyushu and a special refined sugar called wasanbon from Shikoku lend the sauce its uniquely sweet kick.
Vegetable Dashi with Kombu & Shiitake - 300ml
(Currently substituting Hokusai Vegan Dashi) This liquid dashi is a concentrated, vegetarian version of a traditional dashi, it is prepared from kombu seaweed, dried shiitake mushroom, soy sauce and mirin, all of which are very rich in umami flavour.
Lined Earth Ramen Bowls x 2
(Currently substituting for parchment white ramen bowls). The lined earth ramen bowl is a must-have for any noodle lover. Showcasing a rustic, handcrafted look, it features a beautifully textured earthy matte brown exterior paired with a softly glazed cream interior, finished with delicate brown-blue line detail for an authentic Japanese feel.
Bamboo Ramen Spoons x 2
The spoon has a deep, rounded bowl and a smooth, polished finish that highlights the natural beauty of the bamboo grain. The natural colour of bamboo adds a rustic and authentic touch to the dining experience.
