Ume plum juice exquisitely flavoured with red shiso and Mikan mandarin. The juice is 100% natural with a very fresh, slightly sour taste with a perfect sugar balance provided by beet sugar.

Used to flavour sauces, jellies, bavarois, ganaches, ice creams and sorbets. Delicious to drink in sparkling water or cocktails.

Available in 500ml
