Citrus Trees
With seasonal availability, it's always best to get one (or two!) of these while you can. We stock a range of different varieties and it can vary from year to year. These include: Yuzu Trees, Buddha's Hand trees, Meyer Lemon trees, Finger Lime trees, Sudachi trees, Tiger Lemon trees, Bitter Orange trees, Sansho Pepper & Szechuan trees - so plenty to choose from!
Jon introduces a few of these to us (and shows off his juggling skills....)
Many of our trees are over 2 years old (Bitter Orange, Sansho Pepper and Szechuan are younger but please check individual product pages for more information). Depending on local conditions, citrus trees can be expected to flower from the third year and fruit in the winter.
They are beautiful and delicious additions to your home, conservatory or garden, generally hardy to -5 degrees so some protection during the colder months is required. Since they can be grown in pots, it is easy to move them inside, particularly the funky looking Buddha's Hand which likes more warmth and sunshine.
