Is Yubeshi hard to make at home?

Yubeshi is a Japanese delicacy not many try to make in their own kitchen thinking it is best left to the experts who have many years and traditions in doing so.

Whilst some of that may be true (secret ingredients and methods!) all you need for homemade yubeshi are the right ingredients, time, and patience.
