Chibakichi Soba Noodles are made from 100% buckwheat, offering a naturally gluten-free option with a rich, nutty flavour and a firm, chewy texture. These noodles are crafted using a special variety of buckwheat called Dewakaori, known for its strong taste and satisfying bite.

These noodles are produced by Chibasan Farm in Yonezawa, Japan – a region with over 400 years of soba farming heritage. As the farm’s original product, Chibakichi soba is grown without synthetic fertilisers or pesticides, reflecting a deep commitment to sustainable agriculture and traditional Japanese methods.
