A rich, flavourful condiment made with fried garlic and onion flakes in a base of fragrant sesame oil.

Lightly seasoned with soy sauce and finished with toasted sesame seeds, it brings a deep, savoury flavour and a satisfying crispy texture to a wide range of dishes.

The oil carries the gentle sweetness of slow-fried onion, the warmth of garlic and a subtle umami note from the soy sauce for a combination that reflects classic Japanese seasoning, while remaining wonderfully versatile.

Sprinkle over dishes such as noodles, rice or sashimi, stir-fries or stews just before serving to retain the crisp texture, or stir through to infuse food with its rich, aromatic flavour.

Store at room temperature and away from sunlight and heat. Close the lid tightly and keep refrigerated. Consume within one month.
