A set of two Honeyberry plants: Blue Treasure and Strawberry Sensation

With their exceptional hardiness, honeyberry plants can be planted at any time of year as long as the ground isn’t frozen, and are easy to care for in pots over the winter, making them a wonderfully unique winter gift.

Please note: honeyberries are deciduous so at this time of year they do not have leaves.

Honeyberries have a richer, more intense berry flavour than blueberries with a slightly softer texture. This unique flavour is best described as a mix between blueberries, blackberries and raspberries, with a hint of blackcurrant. Some varieties also have subtle notes of strawberry, cherry or even a slight tang of kiwi.

Honeyberries require a pollination partner for the best fruit production - we've chosen these two varieties for great compatibility!

Blue Treasure Honeyberry Plant

The ‘Blue Treasure’ Honeyberry is a premium, early fruiting variety celebrated for its sweet, juicy berries and compact growth habit. Bred for flavour and reliability, this variety is ideal for UK gardeners looking to enjoy delicious homegrown fruit with minimal fuss. Its plump, deep blue berries are perfect for eating fresh, preserving, or adding to desserts.

Strawberry Sensation Honeyberry Plant

Producing an abundance of oval, almost round berries up to 2cm in size, this hardy fruit bush is perfect for fresh eating, freezing or blending into smoothies and jams.
