How to Grow Japanese Hourensou Spinach in the UK
Sowing Time:
Sow directly outdoors from March to July or September to October.
Position:
Grow in full sun or partial shade.
Soil Type:
Moist, fertile, well-drained soil enriched with organic matter.
Sowing Instructions:
- Sow seeds approximately 2cm deep in prepared soil
- Keep the soil consistently moist until seedlings establish
- Thin seedlings to allow adequate spacing
- Sow successionally every few weeks for continuous harvests
