Akashi White Oak Meisei (3cl)
Akashi White Oak Meisei is a smooth, approachable Japanese blended whisky from the White Oak Distillery in Hyōgo Prefecture. Made with around 45% malt whisky and matured in American oak casks, it offers gentle notes of vanilla, oak and light spice with a hint of dried fruit. At 40% ABV, it’s soft and easy to drink, with a clean, medium finish.
Miyagikyo (3cl)
Miyagikyo Single Malt is a refined Japanese whisky from Nikka’s Miyagikyo Distillery in Miyagi Prefecture. Bottled at 45% ABV, it offers a delicate, fruity character with notes of green apple, banana, and soft floral aromas, complemented by gentle malt, spice, and subtle liquorice on the palate. The finish is smooth and lingering, with hints of stewed fruit and toasted nuts.
Nikka Days (3cl)
A relatively recent addition to the Nikka Whisky portfolio, light and inviting, with floral and fruity notes. Designed to be approachable and versatile.
Hatozaki Pure Malt (3cl)
From the Kaikyo Distilley it features whisky drawn from a trio of casks - bourbon, sherry and Mizunara casks. Delicately smoky and sweet honey on the finish.
Mars Maltage “Cosmo” (3cl)
A blended malt featuring whisky from the little-known Japanese distillery Shinshu. An intriguing expression with soft vanilla notes up front, joined by sweet red fruit.
