A wholly traditional soy sauce

Of premium quality, this all-natural white soy sauce originates from Yuasa Shoyu. An increased ratio of wheat flour to soya beans creates a more delicate flavour and lighter colour while maturing in cedarwood casks (uncommon for white soy), imparting a woody aroma and excellent balance of salt and umami.
