3 Japanese citrus fruits

Soy sauce, dashi, rice vinegar are combined with a special blend of three different organic citrus fruits. Organic yuzu juice is fragrant and aromatic, organic sudachi juice is complex and peppery while the organic yuko juice is sweet and slightly sour, making this ponzu an incredible addition to a salad dressing or dipping sauce, it is also a very effective marinade for meat and fish.

Delicious and zingy

The tartness of the citrus with the strong umami of the soy sauce combines with the sweetness of the mirin, to create a delicious, zingy condiment.
