Carefully made from the finest, hand-picked leaves from the top of the plant and using only the first harvest, this tea has a superior taste and nutritional profile. The leaves are slowly and gently stone-ground using traditional granite mills, a process that takes over an hour to grind just 30 grams. This preserves the tea’s vibrant colour and delicate aroma while giving it an incredibly smooth texture.
