
Sudachi is a green Japanese citrus from Tokushima Prefecture with a complex aroma which is more acidic than the yuzu. This unpasteurized, organic, 100% juice retains all the properties and taste of fresh sudachis.
The sudachi juice can be used instead of lemon in both savoury and sweet preparations: sorbet, fruit salads, cocktails, sauces and marinades.
