Unlike many yuzu powders on the market that can have a bitter taste, this one captures the true flavour of fresh yuzu - zesty, fragrant, and delicately balanced with hints of mandarin and grapefruit.
Sourced from Kochi Prefecture in Japan, an area famous for its yuzu, this powder is made from real yuzu juice using a rapid spray-drying process. It takes around 7.5 litres of juice to produce just 1 kg of powder, giving you a naturally concentrated citrus flavour.
A small amount of dextrine is added to stabilise the powder and prevent oxidation, so you can enjoy consistent quality every time you use it.

This powder is highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way.
Start with a small amount and adjust to taste. In baking & desserts: • Add 1–3g to cake batters or sponge mixes for a light citrus lift • Mix into buttercream, icing or glazes for a fresh, zesty finish • Fold into whipped cream, mousse or cheesecake fillings • Use in custards, curds or ganache for a clean citrus flavour without extra liquid In savoury cooking: • Stir into sauces, dressing, or vinaigrettes for a bright acidity • Sprinkle lightly over grilled or roasted fish just before serving • Add to marinades for chicken, seafood or vegetables • Mix into mayonnaise, yoghurt or dips for a citrus twist In drinks: • Dissolve into water, soda or lemonade for a quick yuzu drink • Add to cocktails or mocktails for a sharp, aromatic note • Blend into syrups or cordials Tips: • For best results, dissolve the powder in a small amount of liquid before adding to your recipe • Store in a cool, dry place and keep tightly sealed after opening • Ideal when you want yuzu flavour without adding extra moisture
