Designed to sit inside your Mushi Nabe, the ceramic plate allows you to steam ingredients above the water below, making it easy to prepare vegetables, fish, dumplings and other delicious dishes while preserving their natural flavour and texture.

Please note: The steamer plates can get very hot, to remove them safely from the top of the rice cooker, we recommend using the specially designed tongs - you can find them here.
