These ceramic bowls from the Utsuwa workshop in Gifu prefecture, Japan, one in glossy black and one in pure white, are each decorated with a hand-finished, contrasting sakura (cherry blossom) motif. In Japanese tradition, the sakura blossom symbolises renewal, beauty and the fleeting nature of life, making this set not only practical but also meaningful.

Accompanied by two pairs of high-quality wooden chopsticks, this versatile bowl set is ideal for enjoying rice, noodles, ramen, or side dishes. Durable yet refined, these bowls are designed to bring a touch of Japanese artistry and elegance to any meal.
