Made of 'Minoyaki' porcelain, fired at a high temperature and hand finished at the Taka kiln in Gifu prefecture, Japan, this dish for soy and other dipping sauces is finished in a light blue with a beautiful turquiose-brown mottle in the glaze and around the circumference.

The best ever soy sauce. One up would be the one with the golden cap!
Excellent with sushi and sashimi. Also in salads with salmon.
