A beautifully crafted Japanese Tokoname-yaki kyusu teapot, handmade in one of Japan’s most renowned pottery regions. Finished in matte stoneware and decorated with the traditional tobikanna pattern, a distinctive dotted engraving created using a specialised carving technique.
With a 400ml capacity, it is ideally sized for preparing 2–3 cups of loose leaf green tea, sencha or hojicha. The side handle (kyusu style) allows for smooth, controlled pouring, helping you brew Japanese teas with precision and ease.
Inside, a full stainless steel mesh strainer runs around the interior, allowing the tea leaves to open fully for optimal flavour extraction. The strainer is removable for easy cleaning.
