Ingredients
- 3-4 excellent quality tomatoes, different varieties if possible
- Sanbaizu vinegar
- Olive oil
Method
- Simply slice the tomatoes and onion and lay out on a flat plate.
- Drizzle with the olive oil and about 1 tsp of sanbaizu vinegar.
- Add more according to personal preference.
