Smoked using cherry wood Smoked Soy Sauce delivers a full-bodied flavour of smoke and umami, add to marinades, rubs and sauces in very small amounts.
Nama Shoyu means Fresh Soy Sauce, so-called because it is unpasteurised. All the wonderful flavour from the double fermentation production process is preserved and with 20% less salt than normal soy, it has an exceptionally smooth flavour and exquisite balance.
