Vegetable & Fruit Cutter

Razor thin vegetables like daikon and cucumber are widely used in Japan, this simple but highly effective machine makes easy work of an otherwise very time-consuming preparation process. 

Suitable for almost all vegetables including: Cucumber, radish, daikon, carrot, beetroot, turnip, celery and courgette. Excellent results will also be achieved with hard fruits likes apples and pears.

Both rotary cutting and shredding are supported with a thickness of approximately 0.5mm. Maximum width of 180mm.
