This is a wonderfully fragrant, gently warming, high quality Japanese soy sauce made by blending freshly grated ginger with Naogen’s signature Koikuchi Marudaizu soy sauce.

The ginger is grown in Kochi Prefecture, an area of Japan celebrated for the quality of its crop, bringing a bright, clean heat to the naturally brewed base sauce.

Lower in salt than regular soy sauce, it delivers deep, savoury umami followed by a fresh ginger finish that lifts rather than overpowers.

The result is a well-balanced seasoning that adds both depth and brightness to everyday cooking.

Available in 120ml.

Also available from this producer: Yuzu Soy Sauce and Naogen Koikuchi Marudaizu Soy Sauce.

Store at room temperature and away from sunlight.

Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 months.
