Goto Tenobe noodles have a unique production process, which involves a traditional technique known as 'tenobe' that has been passed down through generations of skilled noodle makers. This process involves hand-stretching the dough and cutting the noodles to create a texture that is both smooth and rough.
Boil in large amount of water for 6-7 minutes. Add dashi (stock) to the water to infuse with a rich umami flavour. Top with furikake seasoning or fresh wasabi.
