Hime Chuka Soba Japanese Ramen Noodles provide you with the authentic Japanese flavour needed for your ramen dishes. Packed in a generous 720g bundle with 8 portions, these noodles are a convienient way to make ramen at home.
Crafted from wheat flour, water, salt, and kansui – an alkaline mineral that's the secret behind the noodles' distinctive elasticity and chewiness. While the lovely golden colour of the noodles look as though they are egg, rest assured, these noodles are entirely egg-free, the rich, yellow colour is provided by the kansui.
These noodles can be used in a variety of ways, as well as the traditional ramen dish, they can be added into stir fries, soups and any other recipe that calls for a noodle base.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, close the zipper firmly from the edge to prevent moisture and consume as soon as possible.

Great product , only boil for 2 minutes though , drain well then fry in whatever fat is in pan from meat , very good
