Luscombe Devon tonic water is also made with Japanese yuzu, which pairs with Dartmoor spring water and the distinctive taste of Indian quinine to create a classic tonic with a twist.
By using a little ingredient ingenuity, they have been able to reduce the sugar in the Devon tonic water without losing any of the delicious complexity. It's all down to the unique qualities of the natural sweet blackberry leaf extract, which gives the mixer a heightened sensation of sweetness.
As a result, the tonic now contains less sugar than other premium mixers, whilst maintaining their promise of never using any nasties.
