Our Wasabi Vodka is the bedrock to this cocktail, a high quality spirit distilled with plenty of fresh English wasabi to give it a bold brassica flavour and the warm, nose tingling heat of wasabi.

Kito Yuzu Chilli Sauce is a spicy pepper and yuzu citrus sauce that brings plenty of chilli heat, combined with the wonderful zesty aroma and complex citrus flavour of yuzu

A premium quality Organic Soy Sauce made from whole soya beans, aged in traditional cedar casks for a minimum of one year according to a recipe passed down through four generations of the Yugeta family. The rich aroma and perfect balance enhances the flavour of sushi and sashimi and creates a superb marinade for vegetables and meat.

Frobishers tomato juice brings the sumptuous flavour of real tomatoes.

  • Frosbishers Tomato Juice 250ml x 2

Wasabi Bloody Mary

Enjoy this bold, spicy, umami-packed Bloody Mary with a distinctive Japanese twist!

Ingredients:

50ml Wasabi Vodka

120ml Frobishers Tomato Juice

15ml Nama Shoyu (fresh soy sauce)

10ml Kito Yuzu Chilli Sauce

Pinch of freshly cracked black pepper

Ice cubes

Garnishes:

Celery stick

Yuzu or Lemon wedge

Cucumber ribbon or slice

Optional: Togarashi spice mix or a shiso leaf for an extra touch

Instructions:

Prepare the glass: Fill the glass with ice cubes.

Mix the drink: In a shaker, combine the wasabi vodka, Frobishers tomato juice, soy sauce, kito yuzu chilli sauce and black pepper.

Add ice and stir thoroughly (or shake lightly for a slightly aerated texture).

Serve: Strain the mixture into the glass over fresh ice.

Stir gently to let the flavours blend in the glass.

Garnish: Add a celery stick, a cucumber ribbon or slice, and a yuzu or lemon wedge. For a bold look and spicy touch, add a sprinkle of togarashi spice or a shiso leaf.
