Simply add your meat or seafood as well as thinly sliced vegetables such as cabbage, carrots, green onions and bean sprouts, to the pan with your udon or soba noodles and fry them all together until crispy in this deliciously thick, sweet and savoury sauce.
Not just for stir frying, this sauce is also ideal for adding flavour to steamed vegetables, as a sauce for tonkatsu pork loin and for drizzling over takoyaki dumplings.
