Yuzu-flavoured sea salt is a wonderful seasoning that blends natural sea salt with the bright, citrusy taste of yuzu — an aromatic Japanese fruit often described as a cross between lemon, lime and grapefruit. This salt is flavoured with yuzu skin powder from Kôchi, a premium yuzu growing region in the southern part of Shikoku Island.
Seafood & Meat: Sprinkle on grilled fish, roast chicken or pork to elevate the flavour. Veg & Salads: Add a citrus burst to salads, roasted root veg or avocado toast.
