Wasabi Vodka Martini


60ml Wasabi Vodka

1tbsp Dry Vermouth


Yuzu peel, to garnish


Pour the vodka and vermouth into a cocktail shaker with a scoop of ice – you can shake or stir them together, depending on your preference. 

Strain in to a martini glass and garnish with the yuzu peel.
