Watercress, Wasabi & Yuzu Aioli

Ingredients:

150g yuzu mayo (vegan yuzu mayo available)  

1tsp wasabi mustard 

60g watercress, chopped 

2 garlic cloves, minced finely 

Method:

Simply mix all ingredients together for a completely moreish condiment, perfect in the summer with a BBQ!
