The book is broken down into five sections - Broth, Seasoning, Aromatic Oils and Fats, Noodles and Toppings - to enable you to mix and match to create your own ramen to suit your taste. Alternatively, you can choose to follow one of several complete ramen recipes provided.

Packing your bowl with flavour is incredibly easy when you have a superb Japanese kombu to do the work for you. Full of flavour and just the right amount of saltiness, our Ma Kombu will produce a rich, vegan-friendly broth in no time.
No ramen broth can be complete without the umami depths of miso. Barley miso has a slightly more intense flavour than regular white miso, and will round out your broth perfectly.
